At Yopp Marine Supply, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, returns requested after 30 days cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer

Returns that do not meet these guidelines may be subject to a partial refund or may be declined.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error)

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be disclosed if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by bank or credit card provider, but typically take several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing details

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at orders@yoppmarinesupply.com

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacement items unless the exchange is due to a defect or damage.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. While we do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
